Join Breathwork Teacher Neil Irvine, for a start of the week sunrise session, that's gonna guarantee you win the week.

Having used Breathwork to fully recover himself from full body poraylsis + blindness back in 2016. Neil is passionate and so fking excited to start this FREE weekly event, showing you that no matter how old you are, whats going on with your body, or your life, Breathwork, nature, and some serous self belief can make anything possible.

You’ll meet downstairs at The Collab every Monday at 6.15am, for a gentle soft sand lap of the beach, before settling in for 10 minutes of body regulating breathing, and a cheeky dip in the ocean.

The running will be very gentle (you do not need to be a runner!) and incorporate a simple breathing technique to positively repattern your breathing.

The post run Breathing will be simple, grounded, and accessible to all.

The dip will be quick, and delicious.

The whole session will be just 45 minutes, having you ready and raring to take on the week by 7am

This is event is completely free, and everybody is welcome. You do not need to be a Collab member, or have ever been to the studio. 

No booking needed, simply turn up downstairs at the studio for 6.15am sharp, with your running gear on.
