COLLAB CLASSES

All of our classes are steeped in spiritual teachings for the modern yogi.

VINYASA & BREATHWORK

Our Flow classes are uplifting practices that unite breath with movement.

Each practice will strengthen & lengthen your body, revitalise your energy body. Connect you back to your highest self.

Each class closes with an intentional breath work practice that will soothe your nervous system and centre your mind.

Yin/

Yin yoga is grounding meditative practice, using a series of long-held, passive floor poses to open up the connective tissues within your body.

It’s the perfect practice for all levels, especially those seeking deep relaxation & an even deeper stretch.

Restorative

A gentle practice that will leave you feeling uplifted and deeply relaxed.

You'll hold mainly floor based poses for longer periods of time, often with the support of props in order to relax and release parts of the body that hold emotional and physical tension.

Perfect for those recovering from injury, beginners to yoga or for those wanting a much slower, more gentle practice to restore body/mind and spirit.

Vinyasa.

Vinyasa (flow) means 'placed in a certain way' + movement aligned with breath. Meaning each class is a flowing practice, where each pose has been specifically placed in line with the teachers physical & energetic focus.

Our Dynamic classes are all of the above but more challenging and designed for those who have an established Vinyasa practice.

Both classes are playful, uplifting and seek to stretch both your body & your mind.

FLOW & YIN

This practice brings together flowing movement via the vinyasa style of practice, creating heat and openness through the body.

Before dropping down into the Yin practice where you’ll experience longer floor based poses. Using props to support your body and allow you to work into your fascia.

This class is a favourite amongst all yogis who love these two opposing yet complimentary styles.

All levels are welcome.

Yin & restorative

Restore your body mind and spirit with this blended practice of Yin yoga, opening up the fascia in the body with longer floor based holds.

Followed by restorative yoga, where we seek to experience no stretch in the body but instead to be completely supported by props. Allowing us to reset our nervous systems and give the body the deep rest it is craving.

breathwork.

Our Breathwork style is SOMA, a rhythmical style of breathing that includes retaining the breath, music, and visualisation. Classes will open by setting intentions, before laying down and being led through the breathwork for 20 minutes, and experiencing a rest / meditation afterwords.

Our Breathwork is not suitable for the following people:

Cardiovascular Issues: Individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or recent cardiovascular events (e.g., heart attacks, strokes) should avoid breathwork unless cleared by a healthcare provider.

  • Severe Respiratory Conditions: People with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other severe lung or respiratory diseases must consult their doctor before participating.

  • Epilepsy: Individuals with epilepsy or a history of seizures should not practice Soma Breathwork due to the possibility of hyperventilation triggering an episode.
