Join us on Sunday evening, May 4th from 7–8:30pm for Sonic Sounds, a deeply immersive sound journey guided by Yoga Teacher, sound facilitator, DJ, and ceremonialist, Harry French.
With instruments collected from around the world, and training in the Himalayan mountains, Harry weaves sound, stillness, and sensory exploration into an experience designed to guide you into the delta brainwave state. The state where your deepest rest and healing naturally unfolds. Expect a rich tapestry of vibration, elemental sounds, and subtle magic to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
You'll be guided through an opening meditation, before settling into Savasana for the remainder journey. Held by the energy of the space, and the resonance of sound.
