Then you need to attend our new Ayurvedic offering, “Seasons Circle with Suz”. 

As humans, we are made up of the same elements as nature: ether, air, water, fire and earth. Meaning that as humans we are deeply impacted by the changing seasons.

The rich ancient science of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, studies the impact of these elements on our health, mood and energy, offering us deeply practical and specific support as we traverse each one. 

Join Suz for her brand new Seasons Circle, a 2 hour workshop to explore Yogic and Ayurvedic insights about Autumn, and how to sail smoothly into this new season.

In this interactive and practical session, we’ll dive into the elements of Autumn, learning how to harness the different ayurvedic body types (doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha) to feel balanced and harmonious throughout this season. 

The session will combine yogic movement, pranayama, meditation and ayurvedic rituals. There will be space for discussion, questions and experimentation with the concepts, so you leave feeling resourced and ready to implement the tools into your day to day life.

You will walk away with practices and insights to tangibly live more harmoniously with your body, and with nature.

You will walk away ready to navigate the transition from Summer to Autumn in a way that deeply supports your mind, body and soul.

You will walk away with a newfound understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda, these ancient health sciences that have provided practical tools to support people's health and wellbeing for THOUSANDS of years.

You don’t need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda, or even Yoga. Simply a desire to live and feel better. 

The movement is element of the workshop can be done seated, you don’t need to be bendy or physically strong.
