The Elevation is a 12 week online Yoga Teacher Training for Yoga Teachers ready to level TF up.
It's for teachers that are bored of the Yoga worlds fluffy bull shit, and are instead looking to build sustainable teaching practices, businesses and epic global communities.
You have already completed your foundational Teacher Training (through us or another studio) and are now seeking to refine your teaching practice, deepen your Yogic knowledge and expand your impact.
You want to get into the nitty gritty of Teaching, being seen and supported in all of the ‘in between’ moments that never get spoken about in regular trainings.
You want to start mastering your energy and learning how to use it to create the life you came here for.

Individual Human design readings so you understand your energy and how to use it.

HOW TO APPLY
The first step is to fill in our application form.
Once you have applied Helen will reach out to book in a call.
On this call, Helen will answer all of your questions & concerns and ultimately see if you are aligned for this training and if we are aligned for you.
There is no commitment when filling out an application! Anyone can apply and book a call with Helen to chat through the programme and make a choice.
From here we will arrange your deposit to be paid and you are on your way! (SQUEAL)

How our Training is Delivered
This training is fully online and runs in the following format..
Fortnightly 3 hour interactive Zoom masterclasses.
Be introduced to each subject and learn our method is creating and sharing it.In between each Zoom we’ll stay connected via our own private portal.
You will share homework, live teaching and ask any questions.
We will share insights, individualized feedback and answer any questions.You will receive The Collaborative bible, AKA a manual of wisdom to accompany each subject.
We will share live embodiment classes spread out throughout the training. Led by Helen we will sit in community as teachers and share, move, breath and settle deeper into our power as a teacher. These will be scheduled throughout the training as Helen feels into what you need as a unique group.
All calls will be recorded and you will have access for 12 months.
There are 7 masterclasses in total and around 5 Embodiment classes.

This Trainings runs from Feb 3rd - 28 April and is fully online.
It's been designed to work in and around your life, whilst still keeping its potency and power.
It is open to any Teacher, across any country, and any time zone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are the calls?
The time of the masterclasses & embodiment classes will be Australian Eastern Standard time in the evening during the week. We will organize a time once we know where everyone is around the world, so that you can be their live.
Do I have to be their live?
I recommend you join all calls live, however due to our online format if you must miss one you can of course watch the recording.
What’s the investment?
It’s all in the application bbe.
Will you run this again?
Who I am and what I offer changes monthly, I never ever know what I’ll offer and when. So if you want in, I suggest you do it now. For it’s the only moment that actually exists, right?
