The Embodiment is a monthly online membership portal lead by the Queen herself, Helen Wilkes.
A woman that’s energy speaks in ways words could never translate. A leader, a Yoga Teacher, a woman on a mission to upgrade the standards of everyones lives and thus the world around us.
Helen has called upon her little black book of influential world class friends to join her inside this membership portal that will blow your fking minds.
what‘s included
Every single month you will have two outrageously inspiring and nurturing calls with Helen and friends.
First up there will be a 1.5 hour insight call with one of the insane guest speakers, a call full of wisdom, practical tools and otherworldly insight to feed your mind, body and soul.
The second call will be with Helen herself, a 1.5 embodiment call where we integrate all of the juice the guest speaker shared. Using embodiment practices such as breath work, journalling, movement, chanting, sound healing, live singing and pretty much anything that Helen pulls out of her bag of tricks to ensure you feel held, supported and fully integrated in the monthly theme.
Ya know, so your life actually upgrades beyond the calls themselves.
Each call is on Zoom with the replay available for 7 days.
They are held 2 weeks apart, so there is a call a fortnight.
You do not have to be on the call live, but we recommend it.

How will I find out who the guest speaker is each month?
Helen’s team will announce the guest speakers to you via email each and every month, with the call time, date and Zoom link attached. So, you will have plenty of notice to get excited and be on the call.
When are the calls?
The Embodiment call with Helen will always be on the last Monday of every month. The time will vary depending on where you live.
The guest speaker will always be within the first two weeks of the month, because each guests availability will differ we will always let you know the specific time and date each month.
What if I miss a call?
The replay will be sent out to you 24 hours later!
Can I join this membership at any time?
No, we only open the doors twice every year! So if you want in, run don’t walk.
