Our industry is full of immersive Teacher Trainings, Yoga specific Mentoring programs and far away retreats, but what happens when we leave these bubbles?
What happens when we land back into the heart of our lives and need to implement and integrate all of the things we have learnt?
What happens when real life questions arise?
When boundaries get challenged, our integrity gets questioned, when self doubt creeps in, when we still need to be supported, loved and celebrated as we walk courageously along the path of teaching, business and life?
Here is what I commonly see happen:
We get so fking overwhelmed & doubtful and start thinking this Yoga / Business world is not for us.
We invest $$$$ in endless trainings because we think our problem is that we need to learn more ‘stuff’. Only to leave said trainings feeling exactly the same, but poorer and at a loss as to why nothing is changing.

Fortnightly 2-3 Zoom calls that will be intuitively led by Helen, depending on what you as a unique group need.
Monthly embodiment session for us to be held, seen and supported somatically as leaders, space holders and humans.
Group Voxer - Helen will be in the voxer once per week for 1-2 hours answering any questions - you can engage and support each other as a group anytime.
Monthly guest speakers - meet & learn from the team that have held and supported Helen’s expansion.
The Reclamation will teach you how to move beyond the class format online and in person, teaching you how to create and seize opportunities for you to grow your business, your movement and your impact.

The first step is to fill in our application form.
Once you have applied Helen will reach out to book in a call.
On this call, Helen will answer all of your questions & concerns and ultimately see if you are aligned for this training and if we are aligned for you.
There is no commitment when filling out an application! Anyone can apply and book a call with Helen to chat through the programme and make a choice.
From here we will arrange your deposit to be paid and you are on your way! (SQUEAL)
