Guided by Karolina, this 5 week Yogic experience will teach you how to breathe properly, align postures effectively, and leave you feeling confident to walk into any future Yoga class.
Karolina weave Yoga's rich philosophical Teachings through each class, enriching you with it's ancient, yet contemporary Teachings.
She will guide you through a simple Pranayama techniques, soothing your nervous system + Teaching you how to breathe properly.
She will break down popular Yogic poses so that you can learn how they work with your own unique body, and showing you the many ways you can access them.
If you are brand spanking new to Yoga, this is absolutely for you!
