Learn about the energetics of this seasonal transition from Winter to Spring through the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which underpins both yin yoga & acupuncture.

Start with meditation and journalling to land and reflect, move into a short discussion on the season's energetics - speaking into the relevant meridians, organs, and elements of this seasonal shift. Flow into a juicy, spacious, and rejuvenating yin yoga practice. Settle into deep rest with a suppported savasana and personalised acupuncture treatment. Pause, rest, and be - allow the pins to stimulate Chi flow through your meridians, creating balance, peace, and harmony through your entire system.

Meet Tanya
Tanya V is one of our Collab Teachers! She believes that stillness and silence are the remedy to our modern lives - the antidote we’ve all been seeking. Her classes are a refuge from all of life’s thinking and doing, to allow feeling and being. Tanya loves inviting you to remember that you already know how to live in tune with nature if only you pause long enough to listen.
Meet Stella
Stella Parker is Tanya's empathic, kind and vibrant acupuncturist. She is passionate about offering evidence based Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine to her community with their big lives, big jobs, big schedules, and big relationships (families, kids, partners, bosses!). She facilitates space to unwind and rebalance when it all becomes a bit too much. With 15 years of yoga & meditation teaching experience under her belt too she has a wealth of knowledge on the benefits of a holistic approach to health. She loves to work together to find what it means to be well.
