This 2 hour workshop is for both absolute beginners, seeking to start their Yoga journey, or seasoned Yogis wanting to revisit the fundamentals.
Whatever your experience, this workshop will leave you feeling:
EDUCATED in what Yoga is, and how you effectively practice the postures.
INSPIRED to cultivate a regular practice, supporting your mental, physical + spiritual wellbeing.
CONFIDENT to attend any regular Yoga classes + modify to your own bodies needs.
WHAT THE WORKSHOP INCLUDES
- An intro in what Yoga is and where it comes from.
- How to diaphragmatically breathe, on and off the mat.
- How to practice common postures, and modify them for your body.
- Time for questions + support.
As with all Collaborative classes, this workshop will be warm, welcoming and incredibly supportive (with it’s fair share of lols)
