As we enter into the cooler months are you feeling the urge to take things down a notch?

The need to rush and be 'ahead' feel redundant as the days become shorter and chiller?

Same. 

That's why we're inviting you to take it slow. Ease into winter by joining Jess for a long, nourishing Yin and Restorative practice.

THIS TWO HOUR YOGIC EQUIVALENT OF A CHILL PILL WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Resting & recalibrate your nervous system through Yin & Restorative practices.

  • Giving you space to bath in your breath as you learn and practice pranayama (breath work)

  • Provide you with tools to stay present and intentional throughout the new season. Rather then sinking into the sofa and becoming BFF’s with Netflix ( well that too but ya’know not every night)

The practice will be guided to the backdrop of binaural beats. These are beats that have alpha frequencies (8 to 13 Hz) and are thought to encourage relaxation, promote positivity, and decrease anxiety. 

This is perfect for anyone who feels the need to deeply rest in a held and loving environment.

Who wants to give their mind and body a break, as they recalibrate and receive the ancient benefits of the yoga practice.

It’s for anyone who wants to stay connected to their Yoga Practice through the cooler months.
