You see the truth is, none of us have to feel like this. There are so many tools and mini practices to make life feel, well, much fking better.
Our Fundamentals Workshops is one of them.
Over 2 hours we teach you how to breathe, no not like a panting dog. Properly, deeply, in a way that instantly centres your mind and soothes your nervous system.
We teach you how to move, no not like the insta yogis. Freely, confidently, learning the foundational poses of the practice so that you can start feely open, flexible, light.
We teach you how to rest, no not like the Buddha under the tree. Easily, comfortably, so that you can move from that stressed, anxious WTAF state into a soft ' im going to be okay' state, in a matter of minutes.
We teach you simple tools so that you can lessen your stress levels, increase your energy levels and confidently move your body.
We teach you how to practice Yoga.
Our beginners Workshop will guide you through the basics of the yoga postures, simple breathwork and how to rest effectively. Each month will always cover the basics but have a different theme guided by a different Collab teacher. This allows you to soak up a new teachers perspective, knowledge and continue to expand.
This month's focus is: Hips with Reiku Morello.

How about getting to know your hip more in a non-judgemental way?
In this workshop, Reiku will guide you to explore the wide ranges of motion in hip joints. You will learn many variations of hip focused poses so that you can choose the variations that work for your body.
This workshop is perfect for those new to yoga and want to begin their practice, or those who have been at it for a while and want to refine their practice.
This workshop is for anyone (aka everyone) who experiences low back pain, hip pain or struggles to move freely.
