Your new favourite monthly ceremony.

Sacred Sunday Service Is the latest offering from Collab Queen, Helen. On the last Sunday of every month, Helen will be taking you on a journey to uncover your most authentic selves, in an Unearthing Ceremony that will set the tone for your month.

Picture arriving into a candlelit Collab, essential oils filling the air and kind loving faces greeting you, as you find your way to your own little temple of a yoga mat for the evening. 

As you sit in circle, comforted by blankets and pillows, Helen shares insights on this months topic, something that is alive for her right now, something that will serve your highest self.  

As you move into each restorative pose, contemplating the wisdom shared, you allow your whole body to bathe in the sound of Helens voice, the sacred sound bowls and the ancient music that fills the room.  

This is the ceremony of self you’ve been craving for.                                       

The evening will include:

  • Sacred singing

  • Sound healing

  • Restorative

  • Ceremony

  • Hands-on assists with loving essential oils

  • Philosophical insights.

Helen’s aim is to bring ceremony, ritual and ancient sounds into your life as an uplifting regular affair, not just a one off. To give you time to land, breathe and remember, everything that life tends to make you forget.
