The Collaboratives ‘ Yoga for Beginners Workshop’
This 3 hour workshop is for both, absolute beginners seeking to start their Yoga journey, or seasoned Yogis seeking to revisit the basics.
Whatever your experience, this workshop will leave you feeling:
EDUCATED in what Yoga is, and how you effectively practice it.
INSPIRED to cultivate a regular practice, supporting your wellbeing.
CONFIDENT to attend our regular classes + timetable.
WHAT THE WORKSHOP INCLUDES
- An intro in what Yoga is and where it comes from.
- How to diaphragmatically breathe, on and off the mat.
- How to practice common postures, and modify them for your body.
- Time for questions + support.
As with all Collaborative classes, this workshop will be warm, welcoming and incredibly supportive (with it’s fair share of lols)
