11:15am - 1.15pm
INVESTMENT:

Please note:
The Breathwork is not suitable for anyone who has a history of heart issues, is currently pregnant, or has had any abdominal / reproductive issues or surgery. (if you have recently had a baby or issues / surgery, you must have been given the all clear by your doctor) as said in the event information, you are welcome to join but will be given a different breathwork to do.
It is extremely important that you let us know if you fall into any of the above once you arrive to the event, and that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early so we can talk you through what to do.
2. Whilst you may have practised breathwork before, you must follow the breathwork that we are guiding during the session. This means not adding, changing, or mixing any other style. We are not qualified in holding other styles, and will ask you to stop should we notice you are doing so. If you don't stop we may ask you to leave the event.
Equally, you may have been to events where breathwork is mixed in with different kinds of trauma release, spinal energetics etc. Please do not practice any other modalities during this event. We are not trained to hold you safely, and again, we will ask you to stop should we notice you are doing so.
3. The event will run from 11.15am - 1.15pm, please arrive between 11.05 and 11.10 so we can start promptly. Unfortunately anyone who arrive more then 5 minutes late will not be able to join the event, as you will have missed our opening talk. Therefore please make time for parking at the beach, it can be extremely busy on sunny Sundays!
