Join Helen Wilkes and Neil Irvine, as they guide you through a monthly ceremony that will expand your mind, fortify your energy, and connect you back to who TF you really are.

'Sangha' means a community of people who are interested in living their potential, and as we all know, gathering with people who like this can help us live a much richer, more meaningful and connected life.

Which is exactly why we created Sunday Sangha!

Helen and Neil will bring a monthly theme to shape the event, and open the space with an enriching talk, seeking to spark conversation, connection and deep reflection.

This months topic is inspired by the Yogic living principle 'Tapas', Tapas is about finding discipline, to get out there and do the things we know are good for us, even when we feel lazy, lethargic, and CBF.

This conversation is perfect for anyone who wants to cultivate a healthy discipline to get TF out there and live their life to the fullest. Who wants to learn strategies + what Yoga has to say about overcoming the very real resistance that comes up

Following the juicy opening convo, you'll be guided through some very simply movement, transformational Breathwork, and Meditative sound healing.

This ceremony will set an expansive tone for your month ahead, inspiring you to think bigger, embody more power, and feel even more at home inside of a like minded community

Everyone welcome, members and non members alike.

Come with an open mind, an open heart, and comfy clothes.

WHEN:

Sunday 16th June

11:15am - 1.15pm

INVESTMENT:

Members: $39

Non-Members: $55

Please note:

The Breathwork is not suitable for anyone who has a history of heart issues, is currently pregnant, or has had any abdominal / reproductive issues or surgery. (if you have recently had a baby or issues / surgery, you must have been given the all clear by your doctor).

It is extremely important that you let us know if you fall into any of the above once you arrive to the event, and that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early so we can talk you through what to do.

Whilst you may have practised breathwork before, you must follow the breathwork that we are guiding during the session. This means not adding, changing, or mixing any other style. We are not qualified in holding other styles, and will ask you to stop should we notice you are doing so. If you don't stop we may ask you to leave the event.

Equally, you may have been to events where breathwork is mixed in with different kinds of trauma release, spinal energetics etc. Please do not practice any other modalities during this event. We are not trained to hold you safely, and again, we will ask you to stop should we notice you are doing so.
