The Collaboratives 5 week Beginners Course is back!
Held by the glorious Tanya V, this 5 week Yogic experience teaches you how to breathe properly, align all of the poses masterfully, and leave you feeling confident to walk into any future Yoga class.
Tanya will open each class sharing a snippet of Yoga's rich philosophical Teachings, enriching you with the ancient wisdom from the 6000+ years old practice.
She will guide you through a simple breathwork, soothing your nervous system + Teaching you how to breathe properly.
She will break down popular Yogic poses so that you can learn how they work with your own unique body, and showing you the many ways you can access them.
She will end each class with a luscious rest pose, allowing you to close off your Wednesday zenning TF out.
