This Vinyasa into Yin practice is for all the runners, gym goers, surfers and sport lovers. A long deep stretch to release the body, work as a preventative to injuries and give the body time to restore for the next session. You know you need this.

  • When to take this class: Post exercise, rest days or when you need something slower paced.
