For all you who are time poor in the mornings but want to start your day feeling full, free and energized. This 8 min sequence you absolutely have to for, and will be surprised by just how different you feel after.
I've yet to meet anyone who isn't tight in their hips, whether its physically from sitting down all day or driving the car, or whether its because energetically they are the store house for all those unprocessed emotions, its a spot for all of us. This sequence is perfect to give your hips a huge hug!
Take 5 (or 10) and let us set you up in this dreamy restorative pose, giving yourself some time 'out' to regather, de stress, and meet the world with a clearer head. You can practice this anytime day or night. You will be a nicer person (to yourself and others) afterwards, promise.
Let us set you up this deeply relaxing savasana (aka lying down on the floor getting zen AF ) as you set your alarm for as long (or as short) as you have, withdrawing your senses reclaiming your sanity and meeting the world again feeling way more you. Because you are great and we all need more you in our lives.

A restful restorative practice created for anytime of the day, but particularly nice for before/ in the middle of /or after long sessions infront of the computer or phone, for the times you need an extra boost of creativity, or when you need to take of your #adult hat and tune out of decision making.
