Learn the way we move, align and breathe throughout the series. Keeping yourself safe, efficient and totally epic.

  • When to take this class: When to take this class: Start here! Foundation is everything. Once a week if you don’t have a regular yoga practice (trust me!!) or once a month if you do. We recommend everyone do this before you join any of the other classes. Especially if you just rolled your eyes and thought, “well not me, I’m no beginner”.
